Charles heads up Goodman’s Logistics operations in the United Kingdom and is responsible for the management, strategy and development of the Group’s UK Logistics business.
Charles has been with Goodman since 2005 and has over 20 years in the logistics property sector. Charles was a Development Director at Rosemound Developments which was acquired by Goodman, having started his career in London working within the industrial teams at Fuller Peiser and Strutt and Parker.
Goodman is one of the leading developers of industrial space in the UK, with over 750 acres of land in and during 2015 will be on site developing close to 2 million sqft of logistics space throughout the UK.
Jason Harris is Commercial Director of Goodman’s UK Logistics business. Prior to joining Goodman in April 2007, he worked for Rosemound Developments for four years and ProLogis UK for 5 years.
Jason is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and studied planning and development at Reading University.
Stephen is Director of the Investment Management team with Goodman UK Logistics. Stephen has worked extensively for the Group in Continental Europe as European Development and Investment Management Director. Stephen graduated from De Montfort University with a degree in Estate Management.
Stephen manages the Goodman UK Logistics Partnership, an investment vehicle between Goodman Group (Goodman), Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) and APG Asset Management (APG). The partnership brings over £1 billion of investment capacity for high quality development opportunities in prime logistics locations in the UK. He is also responsible for the Group’s Joint Venture with Gramercy formerly Chamber Street Properties.
Ian Pritchard is Development Director with Goodman UK Logistics business, which acquired Rosemound Developments in 2007. Ian joined Rosemound in 2006 prior to which he was development manager with Pochins plc in Cheshire.
Prior to that, Ian held property development roles with either development companies or within the acquisition and development teams of national retailers such as Lidl, Safeway and B&Q plc. Ian graduated in 1983 from Sheffield and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1988.
Nigel Dolan is a Development Director within Goodman’s UK Logistics business. Nigel joined Goodman in 2011 after 5 years at warehouse developer Gazeley.
Prior to this he worked for Jones Lang LaSalle and King Sturge within their respective Industrial/distribution leasing teams. Nigel graduated from Staffordshire University before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor.
George is a Development Director within Goodman’s UK Logistics business having joined Goodman in March 2012.
His development experience has been obtained at Astral, ProLogis and Lynton following an occupier customer focus as a Partner at Gerald Eve. George graduated from Reading University with a Land Management degree and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.
