Hobbycraft will lease the entire facility at Burton Logistics Centre, which is located one mile from the A38, providing convenient access to the Midlands and wider UK market.
Jason Harris, Commercial Director, Goodman UK Logistics said: “This letting is one of the largest in the market this year and reinforces the continued interest from customers, in particular UK retailers, in prime industrial and logistics property. Hobbycraft is expected to occupy Burton Logistics Centre from November 2012
