Global property group Goodman is developing a new Strategic Rail Freight Interchange incorporating approximately six million sq ft of manufacturing and distribution space in Etwall, Derbyshire.
Working with the site’s owner, Etwall Land Limited, to deliver the scheme which will give a major economic boost to the area providing up to potentially 6,000 new jobs. Strategically located between the M1 and the M6, the site is adjacent to the A50 and A38 and Toyota’s UK manufacturing plant. Once constructed, it will enable the region’s businesses to efficiently and sustainably produce and deliver goods to the wider UK and international market.
